Nice people but exceptionally slow service.
The staff were friendly and the booking system worked well.
The Whatsapp channel is unresponsive (no use as it is not a channel to manage customer issues so why do you have it) and servicing of customers at the pick-up point was exceptionally slow and very frustrating. It took more than 40 minutes to service 4 customers with 3 people working behind the desk.
