New Week, New Rules, Customer Care is a JOKE!!

After renting 3 cars from their ORT branch in a 2 week period without a problem, my next rental was an issue because an additional driver on the contract has not has his drivers license for 3 years yet. I was informed of this after they had taken R 11500 off my credit card. Speaking with Head Office to get the money reversed was a waste of time. Their customer care department had no explanation and also were not too interested in expediting the return of my money. Avoid this small FLY BY NIGHT company and stick with the big car rental companies.
