New Hyundai Atos from Woordford

I hired a car from Cape Town Airport Woodford from 15 to 26 August. The car reserved for us was a Hyundai Atos. It was upgraded to Auto without additional charges. The booking (and amendment) was online and no problems experienced. The reception at the airport was great and the admin sorted quickly. The car only had 4000km on the clock and was in a pristine condition. Although the automatic was convenient at times, the car battled to select the correct gear in slow traffic and steep gradients. Fortunately I could change to manual shift. Overall the experience was good and the rate, although much more than I was used to in the past, the lowest available. For the convenience of renters, I would advise Woodford to not require the vehicle to be filled when returned. Other companies have done so and it works well.
