5 stars despite some issues with the booking. The manner in which a solution was found is commendable. Early October when all competitors in Cape Town had dramatically increased prices I was able to tailor my booking to suite my pocket and vehicle type. Avis and Hertz have too often disappointed me over the years so you now have my loyalty. The types of vehicles is also appealing - Volvo BMW etc and you know which car you’ll get. I would like to suggest Brands such as Lexus especially hybrid variants.
