Never use WoodFord Car Hire!!

Absolutely disgusting experience with this company. Please don’t waste your time hiring a car from them. Upon receiving our rental car we noted a chip in the windscreen, the woman who did the inspection noted it down and advised us to take images of it, which we did, when returning the car we ensured them that the chip was there when we collected it and showed them the pictures that their staff member advised we take. They are now trying to charge us R5k for a new windscreen and every time we call head office to sort this issue out our call is just dropped.

I’m horrified at the rude staff.
