Never say never

I have previously been burnt by small, unknown car rental companies and I swore I'd steer clear in the future. Up to now I've stuck by that policy. Thank goodness a friend persuaded me to try Woodford! I have been so pleasantly surprised by the service: from the online booking experience to the location of the branches, all the way through to car pickup and dropoff. Even their pricing is highly competitive. Everyone has been super professional, really interested in me as a client and keen for me to have a positive experience. I'm now a converted fan and won't use anyone else. Highly recommend.
