Never rent from Woodford!!! Bunch of *******!!

Will NEVER book a car with them again! I made the booking, pick up at Kingshaka airport, My husband gave his details as the driver. They insisted on his credit card. I presented mine, we are married after all. He doesn’t have a credit card. But they made me phone Headoffice to amend the booking cause they cant change it on their side for me to be the driver. Long story short, they insisted on canceling and rebooking in my name. With the result our vehicle is now available at 3 x the price!!! ***!!! So i said just cancel my booking and pay back my money! Oh no…. Now i must pay a 3 day rental penalty of R1800!!! Bunch of *****s *****ing people’s money!!! Useless!!! And …. In the parking there wasn’t even a Toyota Hilux bakkie! So they never had one for rent! I wonder what would have been the excuse should my husband had a credit card on his name!
