Never Again

<p>Woodford had obtained my credit card details when I had previously used their services.</p> <p>They then deducted R1093 from my card without even informing me! Upon querying the transaction I was told that it was a mistake and it was being corrected. It has since been 1 and a half months and I have not seen any attempt from Woodford to correct the issue. Furthermore I have been calling them multiple times a week yet I am given false promises. The staff don't even have the decency to call back after promising to do so.</p> <p>There is no communication between the branches and headoffice and it appears as though I am dealing with 2 different businesses. Pathetic is not the word! </p> <p>As if that was not enough, I have been recieving calls asking me to return the car I have hired with them when in actual fact I had not even initiated any request to hire a car!!! </p> <p>Woodford has lost a frequent client and I hope that everyone ensures that Woodford is not slyling **********ly using their credit cards!</p>
