Negligent and unfriendly

A car renter to be avoided! The wheels had been incorrectly filled - 3 instead of 2.3 The "license plate" was a crumpled piece of paper and a month overdue - we were pulled over by the police twice! We were charged for a scratch despite having full coverage, and were given just 3 days notice to respond. The desk staff was unfriendly, the car staff unhelpful/unknowledgeable. When collecting the car we were told that we had to take the car to Pretoria 30 days into the rental period for a check-up even though we were then in Lower Sabie - Kruger. Of course we refused - but a "Have a good journey" would have been nicer.
