Negative experience with positive outcome
Had a few issues with the booking but Woodford addresses these post the booking which for me is the most important thing. This is the first time I have had a negative experience in a long time with Woodford which will happen at some stage but am more than satisfied with the manner in which they have dealt with the issues.
