Needs improvement.
Very good prices and lovely cars they have, but the staff service performance was poor. I booked a luxury car in advance due to a personal journey because I had to be presentable in the day of a ceremony. When I arrive in the premises I was told I can't have the car that I booked for so was given a totally different class. I wish I was consulted first and have a choice since this the event I was attending I had to be presented according to my own preference.
