Need my money back urgently

I have been waiting for my refund for way too long while they did not even give us the car.

I mean, it should not take this long to return my money.

We booked the car online and upon our arrival to collect we were told they cannot release the car cause the credit card for the deposit was not on my boyfriend’s name. Mind you this was late hours of the Evening.

We had to find another car rental to assist us and avoid being stranded and sleeping at the airport.

Had to use my new born savings for the new renal thinking it won’t take long for the refund. Right now I'm running out of babies supplies.

Guys i urgently need my refund. This is seriously not fair at all. I cannot go to mashonisa while youll have my money
