Please advise why the refund took so much time to reflect on our bank account. Because its time consuming as we need to use the funds. The car was returned on the 31st July 2024 but i was told i will get my money withing 48 hours.
The funds was taken the same day i hired the car i didnt tell that you will get it with 48hours. Please can i get my funds before the end of business today 02/08/2024
