Much improved

As a customer that had issues with them in the past, i am glad to say that they came a long way. i had to rent a vehicle from OR TAMBO to Durban after coming out of quarantine last year and i had no cellphone access due to my service provider cancelling my sim whilst abroad. All done on web and car was right outside the office door which was a help as i had a ton of baggage. Dropping the car of at Springfield was easy too. Pricing was competitive, but i went with Thrifty on my subsequent trip to Cape Town. I would consider using them again.
