Most ********* & unprofessional company ever

The most pathetic,unprofessional & ********* company ever. It’s the third time that Woodford have overcharged ! Be very careful of them. This is the 3rd time they have overcharged me. Once deducted from deposit without any reasonable explanation - I put it behind me as it wa very long ago. In October last year i prepaid my booking, I later found a charge on my credit card for an xtra day. consultant Niren Chetty was called and advised. said he thought car would be returned a day before, agreed he made a mistake and undertook to refund me-asked to send my banking details, after that ignored several text messages sent when I called he avoided me. I never received my refund. I went back last year Dec, spoke to him, he turned around saying it’s not his fault!!! They are *********!!! Just make it sound like they are cheap but charge u in other ways-disgusting and insincere. In Dec last year there wa a medical emergency and I went back to hire a car as they were the only ones who had vehicles. Took collection of vehicle late at night, in a place where visibility was NOT clear.. they are a ********** company. Never give them your credit card. They took my deposit and then processed a R3400 charge. They alleged that they found a scratch which could clearly be seen as an old scratch. A small part that clips on to the car for towing was ****** from the vehicle which I said we would replace but they never discussed anything and NEVER INVOICED me - simply charged R3400. I called them when I saw true charge - the accounts lady could not give the breakdown. Asked for her manage. Put me through to some lady Jay who banged the phone in my ear and to date I have not received the invoice or any call from them! I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM or EVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.
