Monthly rental rate

I have been using Woodford for the past year. My monthly reservation is always delayed with me having to waste time when i go in to renew my rental as my online reservation rate does not match the branch rate. This needs to be fixed as the difference is then deducted of my deposit causing unnecessary delays. Please look at fixing the monthly rental rates for long term rentals.
