I rented and paid for car rental online on 02/02/2024, with Woodford, I didn't have a credit card on collection, I was using a temporary card and was declined. Adv on refund process 10-14w/d. Today is the 21st. Are they expecting me to beg before paying me back. Clearly they're still racking up the interest

They cc me on an email once a week requesting a "refund for client" How week are they're systems?

I expect payment with interest for the duration my funds held
