Mixed feelings

A bit of mixed feeling really about Woodford car hire. I have used them a few years ago and thought they were great. This time around I went to the city branch because of the offer they advertised on their website. The 10% discount for booking at the city branch does not apply for long term bookings. A bit of fine print there, can’t book for 3 months, you have to renew every 28 days? And won’t honor the previous booking prices as their prices change with the season. Friendly staff though, cars are clean. Didn’t clean the car though on renewal of the booking.

Overall I guess it’s all business and protocol.
