Mixed Experences

I have mixed experiences with Woodford Car Hire. The first time i rented a vehicle i was attending a wedding in Lephalale. On my way back just after leaving Lephalale i got a tyre puncture. I called Woodford emergency number and i was advised to change the tyre which i did. The spare tyre was that thin one with 80km/h maximum speed limit. I could not find any place to buy or fix the damaged tyre as it was just after 15H00 Saturday afternoon. I was then forced to drive close to 400km with that spare wheel at 80km/h.

I was supposed to drop the vehicle off at OR Tambo airport that evening at 21:00 but that was not possible due to speed limit and as a result i was charged an extra day rental. I believe had Woodford had more branches or agreements with other companies i would have received help quicker and managed to return the vehicle on time and therefore saving on the extra day i was charged.

But overall rental process was excellent. My second rental was excellent as well.
