Misleading information

Good Day, I done an online booking for a vehicle hire to be picked up at Durban hunter street. It reflected on your website that I could also take out a super waiver cover at the branch which ultimately lowers my access. When I made a telephonic inquiry both at your call center and at the King Shaka airport as I could not get through the branch in mention I was told that I could take out the super cover at the said mention branch only to be informed that they do not offer the said cover at this branch. How ridiculous is this and I was already late and had to option but to accept the vehicle. I am really sorry to mention this but I like to state that I will not be liable for a higher access due to your inconvenience. Can someone please intervene.
