Misleading and ********** Contract - Woodford Car Hire

Please be very wary of renting with this company. They have a misleading and seemingly ********** contract. On signing the contract, they explicitly say that the R15000 is only if the car is ****** or written off. I returned the car to exchange for another due to a small bumper incident (which they said they would use my R5000 deposit to repair). When I got there, the story changed and they wanted the R15000 for a ****** or written off car. When I interrogated him to show me on the contract where it says so, Deon the manager, could not show me and refused to comment on seeing that he would be held liable for a misleading contact. Worst still, Deon the line manager was professional until I asked him for his details and clarification of where the R15000 was coming from and he refused to comment.

Also, seems I am not the only one who complains about Woodford Car hire, Airports Authority should really investigate them, to ensure tourists coming to Cape Town are not victims of misleading contract.

Please deal with Europcar or any other company. I have dealt with Europcar before and they were great.
