Meh!

First time using Woodford and not impressed. The car that I reserved months in advance was not available (CPT). I was offered an upgrade to a double cab bakkie. If I wanted a Bakkie, I would have used a truck rental company. I was forced into a smaller car with the promise of a phone call the next day to arrange for the delivery of the reserved car when it became available. I never received the phone call. I was also invoiced for the more expensive car and had to prompt them to redo the final invoice. You will have to do better for my repeat business...
