Mapule’s bad client service

The overall car was great Woodford always gives clean and beautiful cars but on this rental I get to meet a woman called Mapule what a bad attitude she had which has changed my perspective about Woodford car rental. Why would keep such individual at the forefront of such brand? She so disrespectful, she doesn’t take time to listen to anyone but her self. Renting cars with Woodford is choice I make as client and I’m not asking for any favours but I can not accept any second class treatment. Mapule need to change her attitude or Woodford car rental would loose lot of clients because of her.
