Long term rental misrepresentation
Staff completely misrepresented the company by giving false information . Their lack of empathy and understanding was also a total game changer. After being a loyal customer at woodford, this will be my last time using their services

07 Nov 2024, 11:50What's upsetting is that I contacted your customer care line , and the 2 branches . I made several requests for managers to speak to me or call me back and absolutely nothing. No one was ever available. Till this day ... I still haven't recieved a call . It's been a 46 day rental.
