Less than impressed

I had high hopes when engaging with Woodford Car Hire for the first time. However, my recent experience has been less than satisfactory. I found their customer service lacking in transparency and responsiveness. Moreover, I was billed for a full tire replacement when a simple repair could have sufficed. The cost seemed significantly higher than market rates. It's disheartening to feel overcharged and underserved. I expected better.
