largely great but needs to improve somethings!!!!

As I have been saying, staff are wonderful, if you get a person on the phone to talk to, you are easily helped. But the website is very confusing as is any attempt to contact anyone on WhatsApp or the after hours emergency line, or the customer care line. Also the booking ref is not recognised by WhatsApp and you are not told to use the number on the key! I struggled to get my booking extended (return later than planned) and only did it finally by calling the airport branch who explained which ref the Whatsapp process required to recognise the booking!. Apart from that I am a happy customer!
