2 issues to be looked into:

1) Your nightshift must ensure they complete check with client before dispatching vehicle. A proper check with client with alleviate issues upon return. As much as the onus is upon client to check vehicle it definitely upon dispatcher all in order and signed off. 2) note that correct reading of kms to personnel in office is essential as i have checked on my 2 last rentals the kms are different to the vehicle inspection list and actually on car....car is more thereby if over free kms then client is charge for kms not used. from R3 - R8 per km.
