I’ve hired cars weekly from Woodford Car Hire for over 7 months without interruption. While their service started off well, there’s been a clear decline recently. As a corporate client, I now find their service disappointing and unreliable. Customer service at Sandton, Rosebank, and OR Tambo branches has become dismissive and apathetic, with little regard for client concerns. Regardless of booking details, Group B reservations almost always result in being given a Suzuki Swift, and requests or complaints are routinely ignored. Despite my consistent business, there’s been no effort to maintain service quality or client satisfaction. For this reason, I’ve chosen to move my business elsewhere. I would not recommend Woodford to corporate clients seeking dependable service or professionalism.
