I've been renting cars from Enterprise for five years, and their service has consistently been excellent. The staff is always friendly and cooperative. Recently, I visited the Johannesburg airport to return my car and encountered an exceptional employee named Georgia. I had extra luggage and requested her assistance. Georgia went above and beyond, helping me push a separate luggage trolley all the way to my Emirates business class counter. Such small gestures and genuine assistance add tremendous value to the customer experience. I just wanted to drop a thank-you message to Enterprise and their fantastic employees for maintaining these human values. Thank you, Georgia!
