Refer to the invoice number below mentioned in the review title text box. Woodford has overcharged me with an amount of R3 220.00 of which I did not know what was that for, until I call them and asked for the clarity. I spoke to Simangele Mbele who has told me that I have been charged for the bumper damage which was surprised to me as I have returned the car without the scratch. I have engaged with Simangele until she promised that she will escalate that issue to the management and they will refund me. Since that day I cannot get access to Woodford customer care as their line keeps me waiting for about a minute then hang up.
Your quick respond could be much appreciated.

23 Sept 2020, 23:47I tried several times to engage with them woodford car hire representatives to solve this problem but they are not cooperative. I even reported that matter to Bank and unfortunately Bank did not ale to refunds me
