Invoice in Company Name

Invoice Number: OR-85218 I am desperately trying to get an invoice in my company name and have sent several emails to their customer care department without having received the invoice. I was told by the whatsapp customer care I had to complete the rental and then request a company invoice. This is what I have done, but unable to get the invoice. I was also invoiced extra kms which I think is now sorted. It's my first time with Woodfords as a trial and not a good start!!
