<p>I've booked a car on the 29 of September to utilize it in December 29 when I get there I was told there are no vehicle available. I was stranded with my kids in a place where we are not fami**** with they just spoilt my holiday when I ask for a Manager I was told he's not available I had to call uber on second day phoned again asked for a manager he told me he will rectify the error n confirmed they were expecting returned cars he said he will col me in 5 minutes till today I'm still waiting for his col</p> <p> </p> <p>i phones again same day afternoon asked for the same guy I was told he was off for a day how inconsiderate. I paid everything on time to reserve my car and to avoid disappointment n what did I get nothing no car no one was even willing to help no refund they told me to phone online I am very angry n my experience with them was very bad I wouldn't recommend them to no one. I've been sending emails no response whatsoever I'm just fed up n highly disappointed</p>
