Booked a bakkie for collection at 07:00. Just before 7am, I phoned the branch (OR Tambo) and informed them that I am running late. Shane's response was "not a problem at all". When I was 5 minutes away, he phoned my back, saying that they do not have a bakkie available. So from the time I reserved a bakkie, up until about 07:25, they could not notice that they do not have a vehicle available. HOW THE HELL DO YOU ACCEPT A BOOKING, EVEN *CONFIRM* THE BOOKING ON EMAIL AS WELL AS TELEPHONICALLY, BUT YOU DO NOT EVEN HAVE A BAKKIE AVAILABLE???
