Woidford and Whybuycars are a bunch of *********** individuals, from the branch staff at OR Tambo to management at head office KZN. They are ******* that don't know how to run a company, no customer service, don't even know how to do simple math and accounting. Probably needs to go back to college to learn simple business management to run a company.

I paid all my installments and for my kms but after receiving my money they picked up my vehicle leaving me stranded. I fought with the people at the Branch at OR Tambo namely Collin the so called manager, to a lady that is always so confused and Justice that is completely useless and clueless, non of them have any customer service and needs training ASAP. I spoke to management at head office but they so stupid that don't even know their own system. I am the customer but I had to sit until 2am Sunday evening trying to help whybuycars and Woodford reconcile their books, I had to send all my proof of payments but they came back saying I still owe them money. They trying to ***** from their customers to make a living for themselves. My installment is R5500 but i to pay about 12k end November for kms cause they could invoice correctly or do proper inspections come end December they charging another 12k for what God only knows... they trying to get bonuses from customers seems like.

Don't use whybuycars or Woodford once again they a bunch of *********** people , a load of confused beings and thrives
