Immobile - Woodford is terrible

Most horrible experience! Ive booked cars previously with woodford and no issues except my last trip on the 1st or March and now again today. I was given the most useless car both times, when the Hyundai i10 was the standard car or similar of its type, i was given a renault kwid! The sound coming from the car then the remote stopped working!!! I literally am still waiting for someone from woodford to bother to assist. I have blocked in another car which i could have used to get to where i need to go. I now have to get an uber. Pls do not use woodford ever, their service provider for assistance is the absolute worst! This is the most terrible experience i have had. To literally be immobile in an unfami**** city is a nightmare!!!! Stay away from woodford!
