If you value your heart health, don't use Woodford.

The level of unprofessionalism here is unprecedented. I prefer using rentals, month to month contracts. The first time we got a car, that process was just a nightmare.

We finally got the car, used it for a month, booked another mont, went on holiday to CT, booked with them again. On returning the CT car, they took several thousands for some alleged damage. These were small marks that were there when we took that car. The inspector on returning even blatantly **** to say that I acknowledge the damage. We left it, it just money right. But decided to leave them and go to Hertz.

It's now two months later, after we left them, they are still taking money from the credit card. Some are duplicate transactions. The customer care when you call is not even helpful.

Use these guys at your own peril, I guarantee you'll regret it.
