I wish to rate the impeccable service I received in the morning from Woodford Car Rental staff at OR Tambo International Branch. I was received and led to the Reception by Jabu who engaged me in a pleasant conversation. At the reception, Jabu ushered me to Sisipho who received me with a warm smile. I was offered water too. Sisipho introduced herself and offered to assist me. She explained the process and prompted me to ask questions where I did not understand. The process was immaculately executed within twenty to thirty minutes. Sisipho then handed me over to Jabu who accompanied me to the car. I rate the service to be excellent and would definitely recommend Woodford Car Rental to all and sundry. The ladies in attendance did a sterling job. Thank you Sisipho and Jabu.
