Very, very bad. I made a deposit and did not pick the car because I had no credit card. Same time I requested my refund from, they are holding my money for no reasons it been 2 weeks now. Even where I got the vehicle avis, they have released my refunds within 2 days after I returned the vehicle. This is very bad, there can't be a valid reason to withhold my money for so very long
