I took out a car with them in Sandton

I took out a car with them in Sandton. Upon this, I enquired whether is my wife also covered and I was told she’s covered under me. On her way to return the car, she got dented by some car and I was billed R11K+ for having an unauthorised driver. I tried to take it up with their management but they did not seem to car.
