I thought I had a smooth car pick up but I was given a manual car instead of an automatic one when I went to the car pick up location. I complained to the concierge but because I was running late for a meeting, I gathered I was going to have to manage with the manual car, however, Jabulile Kubeka (the car park concierge) went out of her way to help and swapped the car in a matter of a couple of minutes. I was truly taken back by the commitment, level of service and the effort to make a client happy.
