They have mastered the concept of customer service excellence. I book online, and from that point onward Woodford begins to prioritise their customers. I appreciate their courtesy Whatsapp messages and the sense of comfort it gives me that they are expecting me and will ready to assist when I arrive. I have always driven new model and clean vehicles and I have had no issues while driving. Importantly, they have given me no issues when my deposit has to be returned back in to my account.
