I paid R400 for tyre...

I paid R400 for tyre cover, I got a nail in the tyre and when I called the 24-hour line, they advised that I do not have to worry about it, it is covered with the Tyre and Glass cover that I took I asked if I need to repair it or anything, the gent I spoke with said no, just to change the tyre and let them know upon drop off, that there is a nail in the tyre I have followed all of this and received a mail stating that I have been debited for R575 due to a claim fee How do I pay, R400 for tyre cover, then another R575 claim fee, I could've taken it in and paid less than R100 to get it repaired if they asked me too Now I have been debited for R575 when I was told I am not going to have to pay for anything due to having the cover
