I must say, the experience with Woodford R/Bay was phenomenal. From the pick up and at drop off. Firstly, I was welcomed and assisted with a smile and patience by Mbali who explained all the procedures and things that was expected from me as a client while the car was in my possession. The way she serviced and answered all the questions I asked, very satisfying. At drop off, I met Antonio, who was also welcoming, customer service 10/10. He even offered me a ride to town, wow, I was so happy, thank you Antonio. 10 minutes after drop off, the deposit was paid into my account. I will definitely recommend Woodford, not just for their clean and well kept vehicles but for the service you receive as a client. Thank you guys, coming back again soon
