I have used Woodford Car Hire for over 10 years and it has always been refreshing to experience great service all the times. My last experience however had a few hiccups. I booked an executive vehicle for a special occasion a few weeks in advance. The Sandton branch called me a day before to confirm we were still on board. However, when I pitched up to collect the vehicle, a few things were out of place, - First, I was told the car wasn’t quite ready due to a tracking device problem and I had to wait. - ⁠Later it was ready but needed to be refuelled. - ⁠Then, about an hour later when the car was finally ready for collection, it turned out it was different from what was specified and confirmed. It was certainly a disappointment that I didn’t expect from this top service brand. I’ll try give it another shot as I have had better experiences from them in the past.
