I have been using Woodford car Hire Richards Bay branch for more than 5 months now and have been assisted by Mbali Phungula. Her service is excellent and exceptional. From the first day that I have been using Woodfords to now.. she has always gone above and beyond. At some point she came in on her day off on a Saturday to assist me...Mbali is just outstanding...very professional all the time. Management is fortunate to have an employee as dedicated and passionate as she is. Well Done Mbali...
