I had an exceptional experience with the service. The gentleman who assisted me (AYANDA SIMELANE) went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. He even took the initiative to check the availability of a vehicle at my preferred collection branch, which I truly appreciated.
He was patient, professional and thorough in explaining every detail, making sure I understood the entire process. His willingness to go the extra mile made the booking experience smooth, easy and stress-free.
