I had a positive experience with Woodford Care Hire, particularly with Shernice. Despite being unable to upgrade my vehicle group, Shernice made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to explain the situation and accommodate my requests. Her efforts were appreciated, and the customer service was excellent.
