I had a great experience at Woodford Care Hire at OR Tambo International. I was delayed but more than 10min and was still assisted by Shernice. Although it was later than 22:35 on a Friday evening, she assisted with a smile and ensured that as a customer, I had a good experience with the company. Even with some issues I had with my card payment, she was patient, calm and explained the process to me and we managed to make sure that this was successful too. The car was also really great. The Toyota Starlet is quite a nippy car and having Apple CarPlay via Bluetooth was definitely a game changer for me in visiting the country. Not only do I highly recommend Woodford Care Hire but I am also appreciative to Shernice for her assistance throughout the hiring process
