12 Dec 2023, 18:31I was happy with Woodford until you guys went into my credit card to debit it without even contacting me. I called and complained and still got ignored. I took a car at woodford and was hit by hail and still brought back the car and filled in an incident report. the least I expected was a call or email to be told what is the way forward. the only thing that happened was that my credit card was debited R10075 without any report or any word as to what happened with the incident. it has now been 2 days and no one even called to explain. I DON'T SEE MYSELF EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH WOODFORD AGAIN WITH SUCH AN ATTITUDE AND TREATMENT TO CUSTOMERS.
