Horrific experience!

<p>We have had the worst experience working with Woodford that you can imagine. They force you to give your credit card details to confirm booking. When you arrive to pick up the car, no one knows about you and there is no vehicle ready for you. The prices on the quotations are all different from the invoicing prices, when you log a query they email new invoices with only the invoice number and the logo that is the same, even the daily rates differs from one invoice to another with the same invoice number. They deduct money from your credit card as they please and are slow to refund. We used them over and over regardless of prior issues but they have done nothing but disappoint us. We will never even consider them again nor recommend them to anyone!</p>
